COLLEGE PROSPECTS

VISION & PURPOSE

11% of High School seniors move on to play college baseball or softball. It takes more than talent, and good stats only help. College Prospects strives to fill the void of no exposure, lack of knowledge and first time experience in a scholarship hunt. Moreover, players need to be prepared for what's to come at the collegiate level physically. The College Prospects program is a valuable aid and resource to the High School player that has ambitions of the next level. Together we get you there. 

WHAT'S INCLUDED?

  • Minimum 1 Spring Prep University workout a week

  • At-home bands program

  • Field practices 

  • 2 individual showcases 

  • Weekly yoga session

  • Progress photos

  • Weigh-ins

  • Meal plan​

NOVEMBER - Strength, Speed and Agility, Diet, Throwing Program + Showcasing @ Collegiate Programs

DECEMBER - Strength, Speed and Agility, Diet, Throwing Program + Yoga sessions 

JANURARY - Strength, Speed and Agility, Diet, Throwing Program, Yoga sessions + Pool workouts

  • Gain 10-15 pounds of sustainable muscle

  • Run a 60 yard dash of 6.9 sec or better 

  • Clock 80 mph or better from any position on the field

  • Gain 10-15 more pounds of sustainable muscle

  • Run a 60 yard dash of 6.8 sec or better 

  • Clock 85 mph or better from any position on the field

  • Gain 8-12 more pounds of sustainable muscle

  • Run a 60 yard dash of 6.7 sec or better

  • Accept an athletic scholarship before Fall of Senior year
