THE GOAL
Reggie York has dedicated much of his life to baseball and ReggiesBucket.com was born from his desire to give back to the DFW community. Amazed at how many young DFW players were out of shape and unprepared for the grueling schedule of select baseball and softball, York founded Spring Prep University.
The goal? To improve and prepare the player's ability by increasing their athleticism. To empower them with the knowledge and structure they need to develop strength, speed, flexibility, and agility in a fun but competitive environment, enabling them to perform at their full potential.
